融资叙事 × 南美布局 × 三年上市之路

1融资叙事(对投资人讲的故事)

  • 本轮融资:1000–3000 万美金,出让约 10%。
  • 基本盘:南美+东南亚合计 TPV 13.7 亿美金,利润 200 多万美金——利润不高,但已盈利。
  • 两大故事线:①牌照资产——目标 15–20 个新兴市场国家的牌照覆盖;②通道成本占收入 62%+——降通道成本是利润杠杆。
  • AI 支付是估值核心:传统支付最多 10 倍封顶,AI 叙事可到 30–50 倍甚至 100 倍。

2三品牌 + AI 的产品叙事

  • JoogoPay = 高风险线:sports betting、casino、加密平台、外汇、GambleFi、预测市场——"只要信任我们,就给解决方案"。网站 V1 已上线,V2/V3 按各国支付方式迭代。
  • DeePayment = 低风险全行业线:电商/订阅/物流/贸易/零售;StarPay、StarPago 都是它的客户;面向国际客户的主品牌。
  • DeeFinch = C 端/企业钱包:加密+法币一屏管理与兑换,工资入钱包+储蓄利息,已上线未推广,集团每人现在就能用。
  • AideePay + DID = AI 支付终局:给 AI 身份+钱包,Agent 对 Agent 支付——"告诉我的 AI 给他转 100",AI 自动选最优路径结算。前面所有产品都是它的地基。

3南美行程与国家布局

  • 阿根廷:AD 7 月 8 日前后到,约 3 天见大银行/电子银行,Tony 随行安排。
  • 中美洲同去;哥伦比亚/秘鲁挑一个;节奏:本月跑南美 → 8 月底回 → 9 月底赴美见投资人。
  • 乌拉圭 = Fintech 运营总部(南美 broker 中心);BD 缺口:乌拉圭、巴拉圭、玻利维亚
  • 牌照策略:入股 5–10% 共享牌照成本(如巴西 PSP 入 5% 即可用其牌照);伯利兹/库拉索/萨尔瓦多博彩合规牌照 + BVI 架构。
  • 组织问题点名:拉美团队 60%+ 精力不在本地市场,必须扭转。

4墨西哥治理(Kiki 牵头)

  • 运营主体:StarPay Technology + WWS;换汇牌照(StarX)是核心资产。
  • Kiki 牵头:收齐 6 家公司全部文件、盘点报税状况、约 CFO 对齐税务合规与架构。
  • 技术红线:同一主体接过上游后不能换域名重复接——上游要求独立环境;StarX/StarPay 渠道由技术规范调整。

5增长算账法

一个 XT 型客户 ≈ 一天 100 万美金;签 30 个 = 一天 5000 万。墨西哥现在一天 2000 万——路径是"30 个大客户",不是卷存量。
  • 各国自己推演目标路径(墨西哥→$50M/天、哥伦比亚→$2M/天),必须包含新客户品类,只算存量博彩永远推不出来。
  • 每个人的当下焦点:多签 1 个 PSP/OTC + 搞定本国牌照(智利/阿根廷/秘鲁)+ 训练自己的 AI agent
  • 智利问题(Alfonso):焦点是服务好高风险客户赚钱,别分散。

1The Investor Narrative

  • Current round: raising US$10–30M for ~10% of the group.
  • Baseline: South America + SEA combined TPV US$1.37B, profit US$2M+ — modest, but profitable.
  • Two story lines: ① license assets — target 15–20 emerging-market countries; ② channel cost eats 62%+ of income — driving it down is the profit lever.
  • AI payments is the valuation story: traditional payments caps ~10x; an AI narrative supports 30–50x, even 100x.
  • Stripe benchmark: now valued at $159B on ~$1B-scale profit ≈ 130x — payment companies are valued on scale, growth and narrative, not current profit.
  • Goal: build a $1B–$10B company, IPO within 3.5–5 years; upside = equity + group token.

2Three Brands + AI Product Story

  • JoogoPay = high-risk line: sports betting, casino, crypto platforms, FX, GambleFi, prediction markets — "if they trust us, we give them a solution." Website V1 live; V2/V3 iterate per-country payment methods.
  • DeePayment = low-risk, all-industry line: e-commerce, subscriptions, logistics, trade, retail; StarPay/StarPago become its clients; the main brand facing international clients.
  • DeeFinch = consumer & business e-wallet: crypto + fiat in one view with conversion; salary-into-wallet with savings interest; live but not yet promoted — everyone in the group can use it today.
  • AideePay + DID = the AI-payments endgame: give an AI an identity + wallet → agent-to-agent payments ("tell my AI to send him 100"); the AI picks the best route and settles. Everything above is its foundation.

3South America Roadmap

  • Argentina: AD arrives ~July 8 for ~3 days of bank/e-bank meetings; Tony arranging and traveling along.
  • Central America together; Colombia/Peru — pick one. Cadence: South America this month → back end of August → US investors end of September.
  • Uruguay = Fintech operations HQ (South America's broker hub); BD gaps: Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia.
  • License strategy: take 5–10% equity stakes to share license cost (e.g., ~5% in a Brazilian PSP unlocks its license); Belize/Curaçao/El Salvador gambling-compliant licenses under a BVI structure.
  • Org callout: 60%+ of LatAm team energy is not on the local market — this must flip.

4Mexico Housekeeping (Kiki leading)

  • Operating entities: StarPay Technology + WWS; the FX/remittance license (StarX) is the core asset.
  • Kiki to lead: collect full document sets for the 6 Mexican companies, map tax-filing status, book a CFO session on tax compliance & structure.
  • Technical red line: one entity cannot re-integrate with the same upstream behind a new domain — upstreams require separate environments; tech team to regularize StarX/StarPay channels.
  • Mexico = the template country: pay-in/out, OXXO, cash, Visa/Master cards, subscriptions, POS, Plugin — prove the full stack, then replicate to other countries.
  • Listing-entity reminder: under DeePayment we need ~100 clients — they can't all be our own brands.

5Growth Math

One Xtransfer-type client ≈ US$1M/day; sign 30 = US$50M/day. Mexico is at ~$20M/day — the path is "30 anchor clients", not squeezing the existing book.
  • Each country models its own path (Mexico → $50M/day, Colombia → $2M/day) — must include new client categories; stacking existing gambling volume alone never gets there.
  • Everyone's focus now: sign +1 PSP/OTC, land your country's license (Chile/Argentina/Peru), train your own AI agent.
  • Chile (Alfonso's question): focus on serving high-risk clients well and making money — don't scatter.
